Purpose of Data Collection
Data collected through the HX Vibe Audit™ and associated services is used solely to generate personalised reports, facilitate strategy sessions, and measure post-event cultural outcomes.
AI Sentiment Tracking
Our AI sentiment tools analyse verbal and textual patterns during facilitated sessions. No biometric data (facial recognition, voice prints, physiological signals) is collected. All analysis is based on voluntary participation and disclosed inputs.
Data Anonymisation
Individual participant data is anonymised before being included in any aggregated reports shared with organisational leadership. Personal identifiers are never exposed without explicit individual consent.
Retention Period
Audit and event data is retained for 24 months following service delivery, after which it is permanently deleted unless you request extended retention in writing.
Third-Party Tools
We use select third-party tools for analytics, communication, and infrastructure. Each provider is vetted for compliance with applicable data protection laws. A full list of sub-processors is available upon request.
Data Breach Protocol
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware, in accordance with applicable regulations.
