The Origin

Culture is built in the moments between the meetings.

Our founders spent years inside high-growth companies watching the same pattern repeat: talented people, ambitious goals, and offsites that produced nothing but group photos and forgotten slides.

The insight was simple but radical — what if the offsite itself was the product? What if instead of booking a venue and hoping for the best, you engineered every moment for psychological safety, authentic connection, and measurable culture change?

That question became Unplug HX.
